Anyone knows this car’s previous history?

I was out shopping for a mk5 gti and saw this at turners, it had a vask sticker on the side so just curious if a previous owner or someone that knows the previous owner can provide soem history

Its a 2009 model with only 101k kms and just been imported to nz early 2019, under the security interest field online it says “unknown” but when i saw the actual sheet irl it says “yes” so thats kind of a concern to me

I dont know it just seems too good to be true

Doesn't look very special and the market is saturated with other mk5 gti with more history

9k for a 2009 fairly low km mk5 is not too bad dont you think?
