Help - Replacing Turbo 1.4 TSI Golf

Hi All...

Managed to pick up a used turbo unit for my sons car...That was the easy part.

I thought it would be an easy bolt off, bolt on project...but with basic tools and experience, I've not got far. Could anyone help with some guidance on an easy way forward?
