Porsche AG will have a minority stake of 45% in Bugatti-Rimac. Rimac Group will own a controlling majority of 55%, so Bugatti will leave its place in the Volkswagen Group, and will be controlled by Rimac.

Porsche AG owns 24% of Rimac Group, alongside Hyundai Group with 12% and Mate Rimac with 37%.
