Wheres My Old MK2 GTI Golf??

Hi Everyone!


I used to work for Bill Tapper European, now known as Tristram European in Glenfield and I loved VW Golfs!!

Question is I've lost all the photos of my old 1987 MK2 GOLF GTI 3 door in white that I sold back in the late 2000's in Albany, Auckland.

It was a English Import and had VR6 hubs and wheels and the aftermarket 2 headlight black grille, unfortunately I've forgotten the number plate.. pretty sure it was TN....

If anyone has a photo of it from the late 2000's it will be truly appreciated!!!!

There is a TN6785 1986, UK import 3 door white in that 16V list.

I'm pretty sures yours is rotting away in Wellington somewhere with its rego on hold. I expressed interest in buying it the last time it popped up for sale but the owner was a bit of a dick.

Unfortunately TN6785 was my old GTI Golf..🙁 When I owned it, it was in great condition there were no dents at all! Goes to show it wasn’t looked after..ohh well! Cheers everyone for the help...

RM1685 is currently in my possession. Done a little work on it over the past four years. She's going well, warranted, registered and gets driven as much as a can! Been meaning to post some pictures of the progress..
