RS4 B8.5 - Fault Codes

Hi all,

I just did a scan on my RS4 that I recently picked up and found these two codes below,

Is it something I need to action right away? no engine lights on the dash, but I did experience twice the car stalling at cold idle.



2 Faults Found:
7901 - Right Engine Mount Solenoid Valve (N145)
          P1575 00 [108] - Short to Plus
          Intermittent - Confirmed - Tested Since Memory Clear
             Freeze Frame:

2698 - Fuel Pressure Sensor (G247)
          P0192 00 [032] - Short to GND
          Intermittent - Not Confirmed - Tested Since Memory Clear

Top one - engine mount is dead - both need replacing, known issue as they wear over time. Consider upgraded mounts from somewhere like 034Motorsport.

Bottom one - sound like your fuel pressure sensor is not happy - from memory its mounted under the intake manifold on the fuel rail - cheap part to replace, a little time consuming to do so (unless you are handy on tools, and can do it yourself). Again fuel codes are worth investigating further as failure can lead to much worse consequences.

If you bought it from a dealer take the car back and get them to sort it.

Looks like it - easies thing is to ping Audi and ask for the part number also
