Gearbox mounts ?

Are the gearbox mounts swappable, for my no.2 car, 1987 cd 100,  nf engine, auto, need a left side mount, got the right side mount off the picka audi. are the left and  right the same ?

Strange that, both my car and the picka had a disintegrated left side mount. Must be where most oil leaks end up !

is it a rubber or hydraulic mount?  if rubber you could get Autolign to rebuild it for you, they did my VR6 gearbox mount for about $130ish

yes to the oil ending up there and no each side is different
