try Brugar Engineering on Barrys Point Rd, quoted me a reasonable price for tidying up my momos

tried both brugar and arrow wheels yesterday, found arrow to be the most helpful.

well i finally got round to putting my wheels into the shop to have them refurbished.
i managed to buy a set of four 15inch pressed rims from trade me for the grand price of one dollar and got some rubbush tyres from the local tyre shop for free, just to sit it on for the next week.

yeah thought after i finish with them, could sell them as the set or individually if anyone wants to replace their space saver with a proper rim

yeah they are pricey. cheapest  quote i have been given for 4 type re wheels was over 2800

every where ive asked has told me they no longer supply 17 inch oettinger wheels, i would have to go to 18. means bigger tyres and i just paid good money for 4 new 215/45/17's. although it would look great on 18's. cheers for the offer anyway.

well wheels are back on the car, so ive finished with the steel rims that were on it for a week.
if anyone is interested in these pm me

they are vw original 15 inch steel pressed rims of a 99 golf 5 x 100,
great if you plain to fix your wheels like myself or for those who want to swap their space savers for a full size spare, tyres are not up to wof standard.
