Been a while since the last exchange ref prices.
What price a UK spec private import '03 RS6 with 40k MILES up, apparently upgraded to churn out 500bhp!?
Hee hee

In the UK about ?29k Sterling. I know this as I just bought one yesterday which will be coming to the Welly area with me when I move at the end of the year(ish), provided I still love it as much by then as I do now.

Hi everyone by the way.

72k in NZ dollers. Allow a budget to get it here, and its still 20-25% under the domestic market. Hmmmm

Cheers chaps - I actually paid ?27k for mine but it had 54k miles and isn't chipped (until 10th July anyway ;D). It needs a bit of a wash, but this is it outside about 5 mins ago. It does about 500kms on $185 of fuel and that is not playing...

I like "the Lord of the Rings" - I also saw someone on another forum who has "Four rings to rule them all" as his sig which made me smile.

5 days in one of the best things is spotting who's a petrolhead; 95% of people don't give it a second glance as it's just a black estate car but it snaps necks for the other 5%, especially if it's making it's noise audibly to them.

I absolutely love the stealthness of the RS6 (and many other Audi's).
Awesome piece of machinery there Fen.
I was amazed to read in May's Auto Trader (the issue with the R8) there were 5 RS6's for sale from dealers, plus all the RS4's, S4's etc. Made me go all gooey just looking at them.
The prices for the RS6's ranged from $105,000 - $130,000.
I watched "Layer Cake" a few weeks ago and was most pleased to see them getting around in one of these cars.

it's a shame because none are 6 speed manual.

i laughed at the inclusion of the steering wheel 'feature'.

I think the steering wheel feature is the fact that it has one, rather than it being an optional extra...
