I spotted one of these today, black, looked to be in really nice condition.

Quite a rare car it seems!

This one look tidy - pity gas is a buck thirty plus and isnt going to go down for a while.

Do you remember, wow 1.30 a litre   :)

I remember mine (98) was a 1.20 and the missus was 1.15 and she was always wondering why I paid more, " Its what my car likes, darling"   :-*

We now dream of gas being $1.30 a liter!
The end is nigh, but the end of what is the question?

Mmwaahhaarrr... my gas is still only a buck fifteen since I've converted to the dark side of being a torque junkie. It's a satisfying smug feeling doing 900km from a tank of fuel, especially then pulling out and passing people up the hills on Napier-Taupo.
But there remains the lure of the unique sound of an Audi V8.  Someone should buy this car and of nothing else transplant the engine into something lighter.
