That's right, in 2015.
The Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi thing is a bit odd, seeing as it's not actually a group, but a series of cross-shareholdings.
it is an unusual business arrangement but it works, thanks largely to oversight by ceo carlos ghosn who also runs renault and nissan.
As of last year Ghosn is no longer CEO of Nissan, but remains Chairman. He's now also Chairman of Mitsubishi Motors, and Renault have just asked him to remain their CEO for another 4 years.
What I mean is that it's a bit rich to claim to be number 1, when you're not actually one company...
