Gas struts in the back hatch of the Avant have given up the ghost. Are these able to be repaired or is it replacement part time?

Rex, query if this is the right number, goes to a machine with no reply. Company not listed on whitepages. Do you know where this guy is?

This guy was great, on site, all done and dusted in 15 minutes. Would recommend him no issues.
