Title: DSG oil change at home
Post by: Milo on April 20, 2019, 04:54:12 PM
Hi guys, we have 2 VW at home and both with DSG (VW Passat CC 2009 & VW Golf mk5). Passat is due to DSG oil and Golf soon too. To save some money I want to do it by myself. I figure up that top filling would be easier but does anybody know what size is the hole for pouring oil back in or what is good to use (see the picture)

Where is good place to buy 14mm hex key? Repco or any other place... ?

All done. Bought Liqui Moly kit with filter for $200 (Harrys Euro), funnel from Super cheap auto where I had to replace hose for 8mm. Also bought 14mm hex key from NZSAFETYBLACKWOODS. Few hours of work. Very easy to done. Didn't spend more then $250.... If you have any questions ask me maybe I can help.

Well done. I?ve bought a few items from Harry?s Euro.
They seem to know what parts break/need servicing etc.
