Its been a while since Ive updated this, but then again I haven't daily driven the car for years.
I ordered some new rear discs for the RS2 last week via Demon Tweeks. I ended up with EBC discs which cost $265 NZD landed ($60 shipping). The discs didn't come up when searching for RS2 discs, but under Porsche for certain 928/944 items.

Good price Nik, gotta be happy with that.

Well is time to resurrect the old girl. Ive had the reg on hold for a number of years, taken it for a run every few months, but it needs to be back legally on the road. I have some cosmetic stuff I want to get sorted, but most importantly replace or have rebuilt the power steering pump as its leaking like a sieve.

Any ideas re the power steering pump will be greatly appreciated. I believe the pumps part number is: 8G0 145 165 * VW/s part number for it is meant to be 8G0 145 165.

Will be great to get it back on the road, Nik. They love to be driven.

Well after weeks of searching without any luck I finally found a brand new power steering pump. I could find anything in the UK, US or Europe, however I found a supplier on eBay in China called "Pump Club". Before purchasing their communication was awesome. Hopefully the quality of the pump is good.

I ordered some more parts today for the RS2 from the local Audi dealer. The tell me parts are shipped from Audi Tradition every 2 weeks.

Anyway, the parts I ordered was new hand brake cables. These are always notoriously bad on an RS2 as the Porsche hand brake system was designed for the weight of the RS2.
I also ordered a new front RS2 badge and a couple of grill clips. When these parts become available from Audi Tradition you really have to grab them before they are out of stock again.

Also worth noting is that Joel Public in NZ can't order parts from Audi Tradition. However Audi NZ isn't exactly charging overs for these parts which is good.
