Way back when i was a young lad, my Mother taught me never to HATE anyone or anything. I have found an exception in the form of..........double sided tape! Especially when its been on paintwork for what seems like a million years!



Looking better now.  :D     A set of LED number plate light assemblies from Harry's euro also fitted at the same time.

New set of APR ignition coils arrived from aussie land. In they go!







Whenever i get a new car, the one thing i have always noticed is missing engine belly pan fasteners. Peace of mind to know that they are all there.

just spotted you have bolted down the coil pack harness

which is not suppose to be bolted down, which will now cause a vacuum leak on the rocker cover. Only way to fix is by replacing the rocker cover.
otherwise keep up the restoring man, looks good.

Do the factory mount screws create vacuum leaks? Are they too long and break through the cover?

Leaky HPFP converter. These seem to crack on the top plastic part and start a slow fuel leak. not ideal on top of a warm engine.

I recall seeing the rear tow hook on DTM's to be red, myne had a black coating on. Some 1000 grit paper brought the red back again.  :)
