Righto, just bought a Fabia vRS.

What is a good remap?

Any other mods worth doing like suspension, brakes, wheels, intercooler, etc?

What works and what isn't worth doing?

He did a current shape 320?d BMW that was at Coombes Johnson in Hamilton - Before, it was nothing flash. After, it sure as hell wasn't going to break records but was a whole lot more fun.
Much more free revving, gobs of torque and obviously a few more ponies.

Some worthwhile mods are;

- Whiteline rear adjustable AB (SAS on the Shore). Sharpens up the turn in no end
- H&R springs (keep the 16" rims for ride around town)
- ECU tune from Zolt. If you go for stage 2 (132kW / 420Nm) you'll need a new clutch after a few months (mine took many months)
- Polo 9N dash cup holder (available via Scott at Speed), just because its handy
- LED interior light conversion. So you can actually see in the car when you open the doors at night (boot kit is also available). Available from Super Skoda
- Pipercross panel filter. Awesome Gti, among others
- PD160 air intake, also from Speed
- Seat console bushes (Speed), and Powerflex lower arm front bushes (Awesome Gti)

That will take your care from fun, to holy S&^t! I can't get enough of it 

Heaps of the other 'tuning' parts are available from Super Skoda ie: headlight conversion etc, plus their shipping is really good. Speed were able to source for me a Seat front lip spoiler at a really good price.
