Does the Cupra have AWD? The press release mentioned tor-sen.

No Cupra R has Golf R engine and is FWD only.
Been following a guy in the UK. Managed a 12.8 quarter mile on a stage 1 tuned (DSG)
He has already stepped up to Stage 2, but now manages an impressive 4.2 second 0-100kph.

Auckland, 21/06/2017 ? Following the release of the SEAT Leon range information last
week, SEAT New Zealand is excited to announce further details on the new Ateca
range that will be available.

The Ateca will feature three specification levels and three engines across four distinct
models.

There will be a 110kW petrol engine available in Style and Xcellence specification; a
140kW diesel with 4Drive also available in Xcellence specification; and a 140kW petrol
engine with 4Drive in FR specification. All models will be standard with 7-speed DSG
gearboxes.

The new Ateca features key technologies to keep owners safe and connected. The
Ateca is rated 5-stars by EuroNCAP and includes items such as front assist with City
Emergency Braking with Pedestrian Protection, Blind Spot monitoring and a rear view
camera. SEAT Full Link is standard on all SEAT models being sold in New Zealand and
features Apple CarPlay, Android Auto and MirrorLink.

The Ateca range will start at $38,900 for the Ateca Style; the Ateca Xcellence will be
$44,900 with the two 140kW 4Drive models being $52,400 and $52,900 (FR 4Drive and
Xcellence 4Drive respectively). All prices are + on road costs.

The Xcellence and FR specifications are of a similar level ? the FR being more sports
orientated. The Xcellence and FR include a number of features over and above the
Style specification, including Adaptive Cruise Control, a top-view camera, alarm,
keyless entry, alcantara upholstery, full LED headlights, a hands-free electric tailgate
and 18? (Xcellence) and 19? (FR) alloys.

James Yates, SEAT New Zealand General Manager, commented that ?the new Ateca
range will offer consumers another level of choice in the all-important Compact SUV
segment. The Ateca will appeal to those wanting slick, modern design inside and out
along with high levels of safety and connectivity.?

The Ateca is the first of three SUVs / Crossovers that SEAT will release in the coming
two years. A smaller brother to the Ateca, the Arona, will be revealed for the first time
next week and is due in New Zealand in the first half of 2018. Then in early 2019, the
third SUV will arrive ? this model will be larger than Ateca and available with the
option of seven seats. SEAT is currently running a world-wide competition to choose
the name for this new model.

The Ateca Xcellence 4Drive will be available for sale from September this year with the
full model range being available by years? end.

we had a Toledo rental in Spain back in January, certainly felt at home in it, definitely part of the VAG family

The current Toledo is a version of the Skoda Rapid - different front and rear ends, wheels, steering wheel and some other minor changes, otherwise the same car from the same factory in Czechia.
