So I'm  looking at buying a r36, it has been serviced, Halden, dsg etc. I got AA to do a pre purchase check and it came back with having a slight wine in gears under power. Is thus normal?

Thanks

no it's not.

without knowing specifically, where or what side it's coming from.

it could potentially be either one of the following.
- wheel bearing
- tire or tyres
- transfer case
- rear diff
- haldex

But don't think this is a scare tactic etc.
it's to be aware of any of the possible causes without having all the info or video references etc.
